Some of my new 4kUHD take a reload or 2 but finally get read by the UDP900.
However, Raiders cannot get loaded and all I get is "Unknown Disc"
I've tried a hard power off a few times and downloaded the new update plus many, many reloads.
Anybody else have problems with this title on this machine?
Any other ideas than a replacement?
I just wanted to point out that I have also had this happen with a couple discs on my 800. I can't remember which ones exaclty but I had to open the tray and close it again to get them to read. The discs did not have any smudges either. I have had the player for about 6 months and this has happened probably around 5 times with different discs across the 4k and blu ray format.
@Bill Jones Hi Bill, we purchased that 4k title and are unable to replicate your reported issue.
We randomly see disc issues as all players do, however, our disc played in every test session without issue and with varying settings and spindle adjustments.

Thank you for the update, this disc of mine does not respond as yours.... there is a title or two like this one, but this one heads the list.
I've got it to read a few times out of pretty close to 50 loads(in all manners to engage a reading)
I have a exchange in the process. Will post an update.
