    @Marielle Chevrier Magnetar players do not natively support ISO file playback. With that said, zoom is functional with video playback regardless of source.

    @Marielle Chevrier A manufacturer cannot sell region free players to consumers, nor can it offer it as an "option", paid or otherwise . If a player supports region free playback natively, it is modified and sold by a third party provider. It's possible another Magnetar owner here can share a service provider to you.

    For the Magnetar UDP900:

     

    Can I request a 4:3 Aspect Ratio picture's edges be stretched to where the black side bars are typically shown, leaving the center of the picture unadjusted (ie, as is).

     

    If this function is not yet supported, please request this new "Stretch Edges" option to be added to the 4:3 Aspect Ratio Control Menu.

    @Magnetar Concierge I downloaded the Magnetar UDP900 User Manual (pdf).  There's an error in the manual -- it doesn't open.

    @Marielle Chevrier Sorry you are having issues. We recommend using Adobe products for PDF files. The file downloads and displays from the server without issue.
