  Just FYI. When I bypassed the internal DAC and sent the Magnetar's signal to an external DAC the problem disappeared.

  @mark.linford Yes same thing here- on all SACD, CDDA and DVD audio discs. It seems like the unit has problems recognizing the song start index and quickly ramps up the volume after the start. Here'...
