I own a brand new UDP800 with multi zone and iso capabilities. It worked well for a while. When listening to and iso audio file on a hard disc, i pressed audio button on the remote. The player froze. I shut it down and restart. My iso files are not seen anymore in my hard disc. It doesn't recognize them anymore! What can i do?

I have a blu-ray disc (the Criterion Manchurian Candidate) that after a few minutes time loading I get an "unknown disc" message. After cleaning the disc and restarting several times the disc played normally but only one time. I have not been able to get it play again. It loads and plays normally on my Sony X800M2. Do you have any idea what the issue could be with the Magnetar? I haven't had this problem with any other discs.

Have you tried a reset in the menu?
Is this common with most discs you watch?
The disc reading on a low cost disc player wouldn't be a basis of comparison. We see discs that read on our players that don't read on Sony 800's and vice versa. We have seen reports on this specific title previously.
However, after play testing that title previously, as received direct from Criterion, we have been unable to replicate that issue.

We don't sell a region free option, thus there would be no effect on whatever after market modification you've done .
