Cant update firmware version

  Hello Magnetar friends, Im having an isue trying to updated to the last firmware update.
  I tried both methods, Ethernet and USB.
  The Ethernet method throws de error 'Version number not found'. I have never seen that error before.
  And USB method throws that my firmware is already in the last version. And that's incorrect because the last one was updated on september of this year.

  @Angel Rocha we recommend verifying you are connected to the Internet as that is an error that can occur when the player cannot access the Internet.

   

  Also, you can try resetting the player.
