Is this issue present with all discs, or just this one?
The menu keeps flickering in and out during the extras. The movie plays well, but the frequent menu flickering is unacceptable.

Just FYI. When I bypassed the internal DAC and sent the Magnetar's signal to an external DAC the problem disappeared.
We don't sell a region free option, thus there would be no effect on whatever after market modification you've done .
