The Substance 4k

    The menu keeps flickering in and out during the extras. The movie plays well, but the frequent menu flickering is unacceptable.

    @Magnetar Concierge It just happened with Top Gun 1 during the extras, not the main movie. The picture flashes in and out.

    This issue is local within your ecosystem. We recommend looking at your HDR compatibility between the player and your TV, your TV HDMI input settings, your colorspace, etc. Check what the differences in content are between the film and the content where you are seeing issues as it relates to resolution etc.

    We purchased The Substance 4K via Amazon and cannot replicate this issue on either player, nor has Top Gun ever been reported and we have used it as a demo disc at various trade shows since it's release.
